Carlos Diez is the founder of South Hub Investments, the Hyde Park Investment representative for the Iberian Market. Carlos has over twenty-five years’ experience in the Investment banking Industry. He started working in Lehman Brothers Private a banking in Boston in 1992. His career in an investment banking started in HSBC James Capel as an equity trader, moving soon after, to a sales role. He started the Pan European Equities business of HSBC in Iberia, where he worked for 8 years. In 2000, he moved to UBS Investment Bank, where he first headed the Pan European Sales team for Iberia, and after became Head of Equities and board member for the region. Pablo brings over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, having held
key leadership roles at prestigious institutions such as UBS, S.G. Warburg, and
Banco Santander. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise
across the financial sector, including investment banking, capital markets,
advisory, research, asset management, and wealth management. As CEO,
Chairman, and Country Head of UBS Spain until 2022, Pablo played a pivotal
role in shaping the firm’s success, leading its wealth management business for
over two decades. Under his leadership, he built UBS’s Spanish wealth
management operations organically from the ground up, establishing it as one
of the country’s leading players in the sector.
Pablo holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance from
CUNEF, complemented by a Master’s in Strategy and Leadership from IE
University. He has also pursued advanced executive education in emerging
fields such as technology, artificial intelligence, leadership, and finance. Today,
Pablo collaborates with Hyde Park through South Hub Investments. He also

Miguel is a Senior Associate, based in Madrid. Miguel has been working as a

During his career with Citi, Miguel has been covering clients in derivatives, fixed
income and foreign exchange, building long-lasting relationships and being a
trusted advisor to banks, asset managers, insurance companies, family offices
sand corporations. Miguel has a legal and financial background: The
combination of the BA Degree in Law (Complutense University of Madrid) and a

Hako has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. He
leads the sales efforts at Hyde Park Investment. In 1988 Hako started his
career with Deutsche Bank, for whom he worked in Frankfurt, Singapore and
New York. Prior to founding Hyde Park Investment, Hako was an Executive
Director at UBS in London (coming from SG Warburg) with managerial
responsibility for the distribution of Pan – European Equities to German
institutional investors. Hako received a Masters in Business Management from
Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich in 1987 and is fluent in English,

Guy has been with Hyde Park Investment since its inception in 2004; his clients
are predominantly made up of family offices and specialist asset managers in
the UK. Guy spearheads Hyde Park’s research efforts into sourcing product
appropriate for the requirements of our institutional investors. He also serves as
Compliance officer and MLRO for the group. He was previously involved in
hedge fund research and analysis at the global fund of hedge funds Financial
Risk Management in London. Guy graduated from the University of Edinburgh

Milya has years of experience in financial services on both the buy side and sell
side. In 1995 Milya started working in Latin American institutional equity
markets at HSBC. At UBS Milya was a Director in London with responsibility for
distributing equities to pan European clients. She has also worked as a
healthcare buy side analyst. Milya has an MA from Johns Hopkins University,
and an MSc from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Milya has
lived in London, New York and Mumbai. She joined Hyde Park in 2019.

Anders Palmqvist is the Founder and Managing Partner of Archipelago Partners AB and Nordic Archipelago Investments AB (authorized and regulated by the Swedish FSA). Henrik started his career at predecessor firm Arbitech / O’Connor & Associates, a leading market-maker on the OMX derivatives exchange. Henrik has since had a number of roles at UBS, including Country Head Nordics and Netherlands and Branch manager and COO for the UBS offices in Stockholm and Amsterdam from 2014-2024. In addition to spending 3 years with UBS in New York and Stamford, CT, Henrik has also had a key role as Investment Bank COO in the UBS post-Brexit set-up in the EU Head-Office in Frankfurt. Jonathan brings 25 years of investment experience in the public equity and public fixed-income, hedge fund and private debt sectors.
His 11-year tenure as Head of UK Global Wealth Management at PIMCO saw him play a pivotal role in establishing and steering the UK wholesale channel. He spearheaded strategic planning, cultivated team development and management, optimised operational efficiencies, and engineered a highly profitable and scalable business model. Under his leadership, the channel experienced exceptional multi-billion USD growth, positioning the firm as one of the top 3 fixed income managers in the UK wholesale channel.
Before his tenure at PIMCO, Jonathan served as a senior account manager at Lazard Asset Management for a decade. During this time, he oversaw strategic partnerships across intermediary channels and life insurance platforms and later managed key London wealth accounts.
Jonathan earned his undergraduate degree in History and Archaeology from the University of Birmingham. Outside of work he is a keen runner, historian and devoted father to his two boys. Nathalie has almost thirty years of experience in finance. She began as an
equity analyst at Détroyat Associés and Gefip. Then she became bond analyst
at Scor (Reinsurance Cie). After that, she was fund selector and multimanager,
CIO and CEO at Primonial AM.
Those positions gave to Nathalie a strong credibility and differenciation in the
eyes of the asset management companies, GPs, investors and LPs.
Nathalie is a member of the AFTPM (French TPMs association) and also a
member of the Fund Selector French Society (SF²).

Paolo has almost 30 years of experience in the financial sector on both the by-
side and sell-side.
He has gained extensive experience in Commercial Banking, Private Banking,
Asset Management and Investment Banking.
He holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Rome “La
Sapienza”, a two-year degree in Neurolinguistic Programming and a two-year
degree in Business Coaching.
He started his career in 1994 joining BNL-BNP, where he became Head of a
Private Banking Unit in Lombardy. From 2001 to 2003 he was in charge of
institutional business development at Arca SGR. In 2004 he joined Abaxbank
(Credem) as Head of Institutional Sales. From 2010 to 2017 he was Head of
Portfolio&Product Solutions in Banca Esperia (Mediobanca Group). Most
recently he worked for Kobofunds. He joined Hyde Park in 2023 to cover the
Italian and Swiss Italian market.
