Everwood Capital is a Madrid-based investment fund management firm specialising in alternative assets and regulated by the CNMV, Spain’s National Securities Market Commission. It manages several highly specialised investment vehicles across two areas of investment, renewable energy and transportation and logistics, backed by a team that is financially committed to the project and partners who have held senior roles at international financial institutions.

Its energy strategy focuses on southern Europe, mainly the Iberian Peninsula and Italy, investing in waste valorisation and advanced biomethane assets, complemented by batteries and photovoltaic plants. Everwood looks for assets with high revenue visibility and a moderate risk profile, and manages them actively along the whole value chain — development, engineering, financing, construction, operation and commercial optimisation — aiming to reduce asset risk from acquisition to divestment through long-term contracted revenues.
